How many students before you pay, and what happens when you get there

The free plan: 20 students, 1 teacher, 5,000 credits. What stops is new enrolment — students already there are never removed. And why payment from Indonesia does not renew itself.

A fair question before moving your classes into an application: when does free stop, and what happens when it does?

The answer should be a number rather than "contact us".

The free plan's limits

20 students. 1 teacher. 5,000 AI credits a month.

Twenty students is usually a tutoring class. One teacher means you — the moment a colleague needs to help with marking, the free plan is behind you.

Free is meant to prove the application fits, not to run a business on. That is said plainly so you can plan the move rather than discover it on a bad day.

What happens when a limit is reached

This is the important part, and the part almost no provider explains.

Students already enrolled are never removed. The limit stops new students being created. Everyone already there stays, still signs in, still does their work.

The difference is large. A system that locks out students whose parents have paid for lessons, because you crossed a plan boundary, is holding your relationship with those parents hostage to collect from you. What stops is growth, not the class already running.

So a twenty-first student cannot be added until you move up a plan. Students one to twenty notice nothing.

The next plans, and what actually differs

PlanPer monthStudentsTeachersCredits
FreeRp 02015,000
PersonalRp 149,000100315,000
StandardRp 299,000150unlimited25,000

Those three things are all that rises. The LMS is equally complete on every plan — no marking or assessment feature is held back on an upper tier.

Which means the decision to move up is always "I have more students" or "I need a second teacher", never "I have just discovered the feature I need costs extra".

Paying from Indonesia

From Indonesia, payment is QRIS or bank transfer in Rupiah. One payment covers one month, and nothing renews itself.

Worth stating separately because it runs against how almost every foreign service works. No stored card, no charge appearing in a month you were on holiday, no cancellation procedure to go looking for. A month you do not pay for is a month that does not run.

For a centre that is busy in some months and quiet in others, that is not a small detail.

From outside Indonesia, card payment in dollars renews monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Both add the same credits.

Credits bought separately do not expire; the monthly allowance resets.

A sensible order

  1. Start on free with one real class, not a half-filled trial.
  2. Watch which limit you reach first: student count, the need for a second teacher, or AI credits. Each says something different about your centre.
  3. Move up when one of them genuinely blocks you — not when you expect it might next month.

A limit that stops new enrolments and evicts nobody gives you something pricing models rarely give: time to decide, with no student worse off while you decide it.
